additional circuitry to increase line blanking. Avoids
visible background signal breakthrough in "Whole screen
mode" for use in OB vision mixing equipment (EPll/502)
only. 406mm x 203mm. PCB. Used as a pair with GEl/569
(Caption Keying Waveform Generator). ED 1978.
Test Signal Trigger Generator. Provides all trigger and
drive signals for GE6/540, options 1, 2, 3 and 4 to produce
the following full field waveforms:
Luminance and Chrominance 2T Pulse and Bar;
5-step Staircase (all lines and CCIR variations);
50Hz Square Wave;
8 Line Square Wave;
Sawtooth;
Single Phase Colour Bars;
Line Duration White Bar;
Luminance 2T Pulse;

The facility also exists to disconnect the generated output
and
terminate
the
driven
circuit
in
75Q.
Generates
line
repetetive syncs, or mixed syncs with or without trigger
pulses being provided for ITS waveforms. The internal
s.p.g. can be locked to external syncs and subcarrier.
Colour burst phase can be either fixed or swinging.
Waveforms can be selected by front panel push buttons or
remote control.
Option 2: UN3/570 and UN23/639 fitted. Enables waveforms
to be selected automatically by two operator programmed
sequences.
Option 3: Option 1 and 2 together.
Power requirements +15V, -15V, +18V all unregulated
CHl/65D.
