Dual-tone Audio Test Generator. Generates phase
synchronised pairs of sine waves for HF AM Transmitter
Intermodulation Testing, 80 and 100Hz, 400 and 500Hz, 1k
and 1025kHz, 4k and 5kHz. Also generates 100Hz, 400Hz,
1kHz and 5kHz, singly. Power requirements +15V, -15V.

NICAM 3 Digital Test Generator. This unit generates an
HDB3 bitstream which simulates waveforms suitable for
testing NICAM 3 decoders. A wide range of waveforms are
provided and these are selectable from the front panel.

NICAM 3 Digital Test Generator. This generator consists of
a GE4/9, a NICAM 3 Multiplexer, GE7/9A or GE7 /13, and an
optional 16 bit Digital Generator, GE7S/12. These units
along with a Stabilised Power Supplier, PS2/187L are housed
in a D width portable case, CS2/25D. Different bitstream
rates may be accommodated by using either the GE7/9A (2048
kbit/s) or the GE7/13 (676 kbit/s). NICAM 3 Coders may be

13 Channel PCM Simulator. A small portable test generator.
Generates a 13 channel PCM bitstream in which all the bits
can be set by toggle switches. Designed to facilitate the
testing of the transcoders CD4M/6 and CD4M/8. Power re-

Audio Sweep and Tone-Source Generator. The unit is
designed as an ancil1iary to the Auto Test Generator
