that has been con figured as a bit error rate detector and

Pulse Duration Meter. Supersedes ME1/510 and ME1/514.
Measures the duration of line-rate components of the
television waveform between 200ns and 60~s. Operates on
bonth 625 and 525 line systems. Measurement shown on a 4
digit display but an oscilloscope is required as an
indicator. Contains its own sync separator to provide
triggers for the oscilloscope. Powered from a.c. mains
