Ceefax Microprocessor CV1. Unit accepts data inputs from a
Ceefax Magazine source computer and a subtitle source
computer in a serial or parallel asynchronous manner and
assembles rows of data into buffer storeage ready for
transmission on field internal data lines as a high speed
serial bit stream synchronised to the TV waveform. Apart
from the data inputs the unit requires mixed syncs and
produces two sets of 3 data outputs; one set non-composite
for additiuon to the TV network signal, the other set
composite for data content monitoring. Power requirements
+5V, +12V, -5V. PN3/54. RD 1978.
Assignment Panel. Similar mechanically and in function to
PA1/575. But used with Grass Valley mixers type 1600
installed in OB CMCR's. PN3/54 modified. SCPD 1979.
U-Link Panel. This video termination panel is compatible
with the BMM system and replaces the panel PA1/507. By
means of standard U-link, twenty-eight video cables can be
terminated and linked in pairs. The panel is not equipped
with any MUSA plugs or U-links. The panel is 483mm wide x
2U high x 110m deep.

Transposer Personality Panel. Passive circuit used to set
the parameters of UHF television transposer type TM4M/502.
It contains two UHF band pass filters to select the input
and output channels, a set of pins taht may be wire-wrapped
to select the synthesiser frequencies, and three resistors
to set maximum gain, frequency response and output power.

Electronic Stills Store Panel. Electronic stills store for
connection to a colour television rostrum camera. Signal
processing in its digital component (YUV) form at
12,4,4MHz. Mains input via analogue RGB but digital PAL
decoder and encoder are provided for interfacing with
analogue PAL for more general application. System largely
as described in Research Report No. 1980/13. Power
requirements 240V, 16A (AC) and 1l0V, 25A Peak (3 Phase
