UHF Amplifier.
This unit forms part of the GE4/17 UHF
4-Tone Generator. Its purpose is to combine the 4 UHF
tones generated by an 083/14 Twin UHF Oscillator in such a
way
that
their
relative
levels
are
as
required.
The
absolute level corresponds to -20 dBm vision peak sync
power. A UHF amplifier has been incorporated to increase
this level to 0 dBm vision peak sync power when required.

AM140060 AM14/60A & B RF Amplifier. This amplifier provides 12dB RF gain in a
weatherproof box. The required 24Vdc can be supplied
either via the inner conductor of the output connector, or
via a 4-pin XLR plug. It is intended to be used with the
RC4P/IO Band I Radio-Mic Receiver, either as a distribution
amplifier (with a splitter, type FL6/37) or as a head
amplifier, and requires a preceding band-pass filter
FL2/13A or FL2/13B, for the AM14/60A or B respectively.

amplifier, designed as the final amplifier in a Low Power
Transpose, with output suitable for driving a Travelling
Wave Tube or solid state power amplifier. The unit,
previously known as TPA/6, is intended to replace the
Mul tistage and Balanced (Type I) amplifiers, low or high
band, on a retrofit basis, in Plessey LPT PF 45C or PF345E.
The case and mounting hardware are designed to enable the
amplifier to mount in the same physical position as the
multistage or 'high gain' amplifier, in either style LPT.
