Matrix Remote Control Decoder. This equipment is to be
used for the decoding of data from the CD2L/516, to
primarily control the selection of 25 cross points on a
vision matrix. DD 1977. DDMI 8.613(79). DDHB 8.359(79).
EDI 10139(1)SEP79.
Serial Data Decoder. This card has been designed to decode
a serial data input as generated from either the CD2L/516
or CD2L/518. There are two serial data inputs:- balanced
line or modulated data from a carrier system. The decoder
checks for various errors in the serial data stream and
outputs parallel data to the Matrix interface card. The
Serial Data Decoder CD3/534 and Matrix interface card
UN23/653 together with a Mother card form the CD3L/531
'Matrix Remote Control Decoder'. Power requirements +5V,
-12V. 4U BMM unsupported card with PN1/29J front panel.
