16mm Film Splicer. The CIR type M2-16mm film splicer which
uses self-adhesive transparent tape to join the film, is
modified to ensure a higher accuracy of join and also to
reduce the film pitch at this point thus allowing for
stretch in the jointing tape when it passes through a
