Tape Linking Console for
changeover facilities on

Tape Editing Desk similar to DKl/1 but with 4 channel
mixer, simple studio control circuits, and provision for
variable frequency supply. RX.4. DD 1964. WITHDRAWN.
Stereo Tape Linking Desk for 2 machines but capable of
connection to a third machine. Has changeover facilities
for record reproduction, with capability of mixing the
reproduction of the 2 machines. Superseded by DK1/4.
DD 1968. ACO. OBSOLESCENT.
Up-dated version of DKl/3. Depth increased 38mm and other
slight modifications. DD 1971. ACO. OBSOLESCENT.

with associated studios. Two stereo channels, four mono
channels, and provision for seven Rec/Rep tape machines
and four microphones. Incorporates panels PA8/34l-349,

DK2 CONTINUITY DESKS
Desk, Continuity Position (A). Provides control
facilities as alternative to DK2/2 for two programmes
which are switched and one fed direct such as "Basic
Home". Normally installed in continuity cubicle.
Includes CT/49 with PA8/9B, PA8/l4A, PA8/l8A, PA8/20A,
Panels 231, 245A, 247C and TLU/4. First used Glasgow.
DD 1957/63. DD Spec 3.151. OBSOLESCENT.
Desk, Continuity Position (B) and Monitoring. Provides
control facilities for 90 monitoring points. Includes
CT/49 with PA8/9B, PA8/14A, PA8/l5A, PA8/l8A, PA8/l9A,
Panels 231, 243A, 247C, and TLU/4. First used Glasgow
with BA3/2 and
DD Spec 3.152.
Continuity Announcer's Desk used with DK2/1 and DK2/2.
